Just what I needed, Now I need another !

This Winch Package is a great product.Perfect balance of power, line speed, and current draw for snowmobiles, Quads, and commercial lawn equipment.Needs some refinement where the clevices attach to the winch plate, ...increasingly industry typical laser cut holes have burrs, preventing proper easy use right out of the box. I needed 5 minutes w/ a chainsaw file to clearance and burr the holes.[...].I ordered additional electrical connectors and installed them on each of my Sleds, Quads, and Commercial Mowers/Tractors.I already used this winch in a bad spot as I broke through the ice in a swamp w/ my SkiDoo GTX (which is a very long heavy 3up sled)....really stuck bad, but the winch made it a safe and sweatfree recovery. back on the trail in about 10 minutes.I see myself adding a snatch block and strap to the kit to maximize its function for me, and theres room in the bag.....Wish the straps on the outside of the bag were longer to tie to my racking system on various Work/RVs

Manufacturer

In 1948, Arthur Warn founded Warn Industries to construct locking hubs for surplus World War II Jeeps. Ten years later, the Warn winch was manufactured to fill the need for a reliable recovery tool to aid off-roaders stuck in challenging situations. Since then, Warn has grown to offer a wide range of gear with the hallmarks of durability and affordability. 1988 spawned the aftermarket industry's first ATV winch and today their PowerSports line of winches ranks among the most esteemed in the industry and jeepers call on Warn for electric, hydraulic and severe duty components that get the job done.
