Quick Connect power accessories provide a safe and simple power source for portable winches and booster cables. Plugs allow convenient connection and disconnection to the battery power source. Power connections can be added to the front, rear or both ends of the vehicle.
Q: Max gauge wire size for the terminals? Answer this question
A: This part takes a maximum of 6 gauge battery cabling.

Q: I have a Warn 9.5 Cti-S Winch. I am a bit uncomfortable leaving it continuously connected to my battery terminals. Would installation Warn PN 22680 plugs (and plug covers) under the hood be a suitable and adequate use that would allow a quick reconnection if the winch were needed? Is there a special crimp tool that is needed to install the plugs? If so, does 4WheelParts have the tool such that a local store (Albuquerque) can install the plugs in the winch cables? Thanks Answer this question
A: Yes this would be a good idea so the winch has no power. The stores usually have these in stock if not they can order them in or we can ship them directly to you. Thanks

In 1948, Arthur Warn founded Warn Industries to construct locking hubs for surplus World War II Jeeps. Ten years later, the Warn winch was manufactured to fill the need for a reliable recovery tool to aid off-roaders stuck in challenging situations. Since then, Warn has grown to offer a wide range of gear with the hallmarks of durability and affordability. 1988 spawned the aftermarket industry's first ATV winch and today their PowerSports line of winches ranks among the most esteemed in the industry and jeepers call on Warn for electric, hydraulic and severe duty components that get the job done.
