A: Hi Mason, Yes, these Tuff Country Upper Control Arms will fit your 2012 F-150 4WD. Keep in mind that per Tuff Country: Factory rims will not fit with these control arms. A rim with 5.5″ or less wheel back spacing is required. If you contact our customer service center @ 877-474-4821 they can go over different control arm options with you
