Our suspension systems also come complete with everything required to properly raise your vehicle without having to order or purchase extra components. 2.0 Budget lift kit that did not live up to my expectations.

I installed them correctly but just is way to stiff and I've done a lot to try and break them in. I'm now going to replace the shocks and see if that helps. You will need axle bracket mod for the shocks in rear. I contacted support via email and never got a reply. I would not recommend this kit to anyone. But if you are going to lift get a transfer case lowering kit while your at it!

3.0 90's Jeeps require Shims for this kit to work

This is my first lift kit, but it went ok. Had to ditch the rear track bar as it would not line up after the kit, and the lift was not 2.5 but instead 4 inches, thus messing up the drive line angles and now I must buy shims to make up for it. I've yet to drive with it on yet, but getting it on was not bad for a novice. Recommend getting some PB blaster or some fluid to help loosen the bolts that are likely rusted solid into place.

5.0 lift kit review

Took me 12+ hours to install but it wasn't complicated. To remove the sway bar links use a ball joint press to push the top out.

4.0 Great kit for the money

This kits gives you a good lift so you can clear 32" tires. It is a little stiff of a ride but worth it, it just looks great. Easy to install. I didn't get instructions, but I was able to download form 4 wheel parts website. The only thing else you need to buy to complete this kit is a transfer case drop down kit for the rear drive shaft . They should have that as part of the kit.

Q: I have a stock '91 YJ with a hard top. Other lift kits/leaf springs have different applications depending on whether the Jeep has a hard or soft top. Will this provide less of a lift in the rear than on a Jeep with a soft top and if so, how much less? Answer this question

A: Hello Uncle Slayton, the Trail Master 2.5 Inch_ Lift Kit with NGS Shocks part# T/MTM3525-20013 fits both the Hard and the soft top. If you have a soft top you will end up with slightly more than 2.5" of lift. Thank you for your inquiry.
