Trail Gear' s Rear Disc Kit ha a 3/8in. thick laser cut caliper bracket with grade 10.9 mounting bolts fro a super strong mounting system. Trail Gear uses the larger GM style calipers that are shipped fully loaded and include GM style vented rotors that were custom made just for this application. The DOT approved brake lines are made so that one end fits the GM calipers and the other end attaches to your OEM Toyota brake lines, so no new fittings are required. This kit does require either a 2 lb. residual valve or the ever popular 1in. bore master cylinder that most pick ups and 4Runners have already had upgraded. Also included with this kit are full color install instructions.
get the brake lock, and also the in line adjuster...mechanical e-brake doesn't work well for me
Q: Will this fit a 95 Toyota t100 rear axle? Answer this question
A: It would depend on if they have the same lug pattern. Its given by the number of lugs and then there distribution apart from one another on a circular pattern. For Toyotas its in mm. From what I found they are both 6x139.7 and so it would work on the two.

Q: Will this kit fit a 2001 toyota 4runner sr5, with standard 16" wheels? Also if in the future one wanted to upgrade the rotors, etc., are there possibilities that exist? e.g. Brembo, etc.? Answer this question
A: Hi Harve I am not showing a kit for the 2001 4Runner I would check with Trail Gear but they are closed for the Holidays and will not reopen until January 5 2015. The replacement rotor is a GM rotor but it is modified to fit this application and you will have to modify the Brembo ETC to fit. it would be best if we contact the manufacture to clarify what modifications are necessary. Thank You
