A: Hi Harve I am not showing a kit for the 2001 4Runner I would check with Trail Gear but they are closed for the Holidays and will not reopen until January 5 2015. The replacement rotor is a GM rotor but it is modified to fit this application and you will have to modify the Brembo ETC to fit. it would be best if we contact the manufacture to clarify what modifications are necessary. A: Hello there, the Tacoma Rear Disc Brake Kit part number tgi144039-1-kit will work with your 2003 Tacoma SR5. it fits1995-2004 Toyota Tacoma (All Engines) When Trail-Gear decided to make a disc brake kit they had three goals in mind. It had to be strong, easy to install, and complete. They started with a 3/8" CNC laser cut caliper bracket with grade 10.9 bolts. They used the larger GM style calipers that are shipped fully loaded and they included GM style vented rotors that were custom made just for this application.
