Designed to help full-sized pickups work hard on pavement, then work just as hard when roads are muddy, snowy, and rocky or when there are no roads at all. The Open Country M/T combines solid on-road performance with extra ground clearance, higher load-carrying capacity, and greater ability to go off-road. Truck enthusiasts know it for its long wear, low noise and aggressive tread pattern. An aggressive all-around light truck radial specifically designed for lifted pickup applications. The aggressive tread can crawl through any mess, while the smart lug placement and design provides precise, quiet driving on the street.
This tire does great. They came on the truck I bought. The guy said he got them for 800 all together and praised them. I drove the truck from WA to TX with hardly any problems with the tires. My tire size is 285/75R16 and only noticed slight hydoplaining in a downpour in Oregon. Other than that. They are quiet at all speeds for how knobby they are, wear evenly, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy again. I do real offroading. Not that gravel road stuff but actually mud, snow, and sand. The only thing that I haven't gotten through are steep, soft, sandy hills. Mostly due to the truck though. I have about 7,000 miles on them personaly and hardly show any wear. I do not know how many miles total they have. Just remembered that one of the tires does get low with air more than all the others every few months. Doesn't bother me though. Awesome tire.

Hello Bill, the Toyo Tires LT285/75R16, Open Country M/T part# TOY360280 will fit on your stock wheels with minor trimming on your wrangler. If you plan to wheel the jeep i would recommend a small 2" spacer lift for some extra clearance. Thank you for your inquiry.
