Sir, it may fit it just depends on weather you have aftermarket bumper or not but you might have to do minor fender modifications.

Are both the 35x12.50R17LT/10 121R and the LT 285/75R17 121/118S 35 inch tires? Is one tire wider than the other? Whats the difference between the two tires?

Hello Gibby, The Toyo Tires 35x1250R17, A/T II is a 35" diameter the 285/75R17 is a 33.5" diameter.
