A: Nate- Thank you for your question. Tires and tire choice can be as indiviual as a hair cut. What works for you might not work for others. For general use, light off road the Toyo Tires 35x1250R18, A/T II is an excellent balance of traction and road manners.

The Toyo Tire company was founded in 1945 in Osaka, Japan as a manufacturer or everyday tires. In 1953 Toyo Tires built a factory in Itami, Japan. In 1966 the company established an U.S. headquarters during the U.S. auto boom. In the 2000's Toyo Tires entered the off-roading tire market with the very well received Open Country line. Open Country tires are manufactured in Toyo Tires' factory in Georgia. In 2012 Open Country was on the trucks driven by Robby Gordon who won the SSTD Grand Championship, Bj Baldwin who won the LOORS Pro 4 Championship and Kyle Leduc who won the SCORE overall Championship.
