How does this bumper mount? Does it just reuse the stock mounting points or is does it use heavier duty plates that extend along the frame?

That is correct. The Tomken Machine Front Bumper with 2 Inch Receiver and D-ring Mounts in Black Powder Coat installs using the 3 factory bolt holes on each side of the unibody chassis. The 3/16" plate steel mounts are 4x thicker than the factory stamped sheet metal units. Thank you.
