Arrived on time. No instructions in the box! The instructions available online were incomprehensible to someone who didn't really know what they were doing (me). Fortunately, I was doing the install with someone who DID know what they were doing and had done this same exact install before. He even had all the right tools, which I didn't. Even so, instead of the manufacturer's estimated 2 - 3 hours, the installation took us 6 hours. Definitely requires two people and a floor jack. Probably would have been easier on a lift. Haven't done an alignment, but it seems okay. Still using the factory shocks and the ride has become noticeably firmer than before, but not uncomfortably so. My only concern is that the suspension makes some noises now that it didn't make before... My Jeep's front end had sagged quite a bit with the addition of a heavy steel bumper and winch. This leveling kit brought the vehicle back to its original rake. I probably would have had to leave the rear pucks off to get it truly level. I don't hold that against them since it's designed to level out the factory rake.
Was talked into these shocks by a local shop. They are awful. There is nothing “comfortable” about them. They turned my 2017 F150 FX4 from smooth to a trampoline. Truck now drives and sounds like a 40 year old 1 ton. The rear shocks pop, clatter, and squeak over any bumps or dip in the road. Regular driving feels like my fillings are falling out. The ride is so bad, I had these shocks checked out and rechecked by two different suspension shops. They even put chassis ears on the truck to diagnose the horrible noises and confirmed it’s the shocks. Do not buy unless you want to bounce down the road and hear your truck creak and pop. These shocks DID eliminate body roll and the truck is more planted. But with terrible side effects and cost. $2k (after install) down the drain. (Note this review is about the Falcon shocks, not 4wheelparts. 4WP is awesome!)
With all the good things I've read about this company in the Jeep world I was really hoping they would come through for trucks. I was very wrong. I bought this setup for my brand new 2018 F150 and had it professionally installed here at 4 Wheel Parts. About 2-3 months after the installation my truck sounded like I bought it in 1970 with all the squeaking it was doing. After taking it back to 4 Wheel Parts they told me these shocks have a zerk fitting that needs to be filled with grease periodically... couldn't really tell me how often....hmmmm nobody ever told me that and it's nowhere in the description. Well less than a month later the squeaking came back and I took my truck back and now the bushings needed to be pooped back in...what??? After battling this thing for 2 years and desperately trying to make it work and sinking lots of money into it I finally decided to replace them with something reliable. Now I get to pay for the new kit, installation, postage to return these to terreflex to be rebuilt and all those repairs in between....MONEY PIT. Not to mention the rear shocks in tow setting still didn't perform as well as my stick FX4 package rear shocks for towing. If you still want to try these after reading this I got some real cheap haha...Go Fox or Icon
I have a 2021 Jeep Gladiator diesel. I used the Teraflex 1.5 inch leveling kit. I was able to put 35x12.50 on without any rubbing or modifications. Great product. Also easy to install.
This was a pretty easy install for an amateur like me. Directions were pretty detailed and overall decently easy to follow. I've have had no issues with the product so far.
I appreciate the towing rear shocks the most. I use 2 inch level, and that works fine, but it squeak around 2 months into it. Having to bring it to a shop & call up warranty to know I just need to add grease. Seem there some quality issue here because I do not see where the old grease (if there was) had escaped.
I got this Suspension for my 2019 Ranger and it has functioned great. The stock Suspension had a good amount of body role and was very bouncy when taking a big hit. After upgrading to the Falcons the ride became much more composed both on and offroad. The body role was drastically reduced and my truck roles through the chunky terrain with much more stability. The only thing that was lost was on road small bump compliance is harder than before but this is common in performance suspensions. As an all round setup I'm very pleased with this upgrade.
Q: How much travel should the new shock absorbers have to accommodate the lift. I currently have stock Unlimited Rubicon shocks and want to upgrade these at the same time as doing the spacers. Answer this question
A: Hello Chase, We highly recommend the Bilstein 5100 series shock package Part Number: S/DShockingBIL5100. This will fit your vehicle with the TeraFlex 1.5 Inch Leveling Kit TER1155200 installed. Thank you.

Q: Just got this kit from Texas since the California warehouses didn't have it in stock. One of the answers talks about "Bumper Stops" and I was wondering if I can use what's already on my '08 Rubicon 2 door of if it is recommended I upgrade to a longer stop and which one would I order? Thanks, Ralph Answer this question
A: Hello Ralph, You will be fine with the factory bump stops when installing the TeraFlex 1.5 Inch Leveling Kit TER1155200 running a 33x12.50 tire. If you upgrade to a flat fender and a 35x.12.50 tire, that will require some bump stops. Thank you.
