SuperSprings are easily and quickly installed directly above the vehicle's rear leaf springs. They work in parallel with the vehicle's existing suspension system and "kick-in" on demand. The increased spring-rate produced by installing SuperSprings helps eliminate vehicle rear-end sag and improves towing capabilities. SuperSprings unique anti-sway properties reduce body roll providing enhanced driver safety and control. These features are most noticeable when cornering, encountering strong cross winds or dealing with wind buffeting from other traffic.
I am towing a 36 ft Heartland Bighorn Fifth Wheel with my 2009 Dodge Ram 2500. I installed Tiburon Cushions to facilitate this towing task and it works well. I have installed a Onan 5.5 KW Gen (290lbs) in the compartment under the fifth wheel portion. When I have full water tank and or holding tanks I can feel the additional weight and the truck becomes a little bouncy. Would Supper Springs help in this situration.
Answer this question
Yes, the Supersprings SuperSprings SPRSSA9 will help control the additional weight. I'd also suggest upgrading to a Hellwig Heavy Duty rear sway bar Part Number: HEL7266. This will eliminate a lot of vehicle body roll. I hope that helps answer your questions. Thank you.
