A: This is designed to fit the XRC winches, not the X20.

A: It will not fit due to the cables in the back. At this time, Smittybilt does not make one for the 12k winch.

A: Rick, these covers were designed for the Smittybilt winch line but if your winch fits with in these dimensions 6 inches wide x 10 inches tall x 22 inches long i don't see why it wouldn't fit. thank you for your question.

A: JeepGirl- Thanks for asking. The Smittybilt Cover slides over the winch and ties down. How you tie it down depends on how the winch is mounted and how you can run the tie downs.
