The XRC Bumpers have high degree approach angles and raised corners to maximize ground clearance. Manufactured from 3/16 cold rolled steel and then robotically welded to the exact specifications. Solid mount D-rings that are welded on the inside and outside. Welds are ground down and smoothed out, then a two stage textured matte black powder coat is applied for the ultimate look. Rear Bumper features a 2 receiver hitch and two D-ring mounts. Tire carrier features pressed tapered 2" diameter bearings, reinforced double sided gussets, 1-1/4" grade 5 mounting stud, adjustable tire mount to fit a 31-40" tire. Speed latch with removable lanyard. 2 receiver hitch bolts to factory OE mounting points. Each bumper is developed to be a complete bolt on and requires no modifications to the vehicle.
Great Tire Carrier, the only issue I had with it was the locking mechanism on the tire carrier swing, Called Smittybilt and they sent me another one right away. I know this is not a big American company but this is a good bumper for the money and is a great improvement

One tough, heavy bumper!
I'm so happy to finally get the weight of that 35 off of the tailgate. I love the look, design, and durabilty of this bumper/tire carrier. Install was easy enough, but requires a buddy (this is one heavy bumper). It can rattle a bit when on say a washboard road. Over all I love and would definately recommend.
Will this work on the SRC bumper? I have a SRC bumper with the points for a tire carrier to be put on but it is SRC and not XRC, I think the only difference is in the bumper not the carrier

What is needed in the non tire carrier bumper to make it work?
The cylinder drilled into the bumper? The tube welded in to except the swivel point on the arm?
Mine is 2011 Sport, 3.8 ltr, 35" with 3.5" lift

You would have to mount the pivot pin / cylinder into your bumper. It would have to reach through the top to the bottom of bumper for support. So it depends on how tall your bumper is you may have to modify the mount.
