The all new JK XRC M.O.D. (Multi Optional Design) Bumper System allows you to design your bumper for any terrain. The base unit was developed around our XRC platform and comes standard with a winch cradle with capacity to support up to a 15,000lb. winch. Its also equipped with D-Ring mounts that are welded on the inside and out that provides a towable anchor when pulling your rig behind a truck or motor home. Choose between our Mid or Full Width End Plate knowing that bumper clearance wont be sacrificed when wheeling in the harshest conditions. Then decide which over rider you prefer, you can choose between our low profile bull bar or our high point stinger.
It was a super easy install, only one of the four front bolt holes on the vehicle bumper frame required minor drilling to fit bumper bolts. Great looking product!

Great Looking, Well Built
This bumper is a beast, I love every inch of it.
Installed on a 2015 JKURHR to replace the flimsy factory/aftermarket bumper.
1) Follow the instructions with regards to installing and wiring the winch first. If not you will be removing it to do so...
2) Be prepared to "persuade" bolts to line up on your particular vehicle. Remember, they are made to fit several models.
3) Loctite all bolts, or you will replace them later.
4) Lastly this is a two man job, especially if you have a winch on it. Much too heavy to safely install solo.

Looks Great, Good price, Not so good craftsmanship
Bumper went on pretty easy, instrctions you might as well toss away when you open the box, IF you buy this bumper (I wouldnt again) make sure you follow these guidelines or you will regret it, Install winch and the wires to winch first, then bull bar. Otherwise bolts are hard to reach but can be done with help of someone else. Then install bumper, I bought the full width end pieces, they come from smittybilt in plastic bags, i shipped a pair back because they come scratched . 2nd pair was a little too but not enough to send back again.... The are exremely hard to line up and the bolts the send you arent the right ones. I dont know how they manage that, I had to go to hardware store and get correct bolt for end piece the vertical one. the triangle end plates that face forward beware only two of the bolts work and you will have to go and get one that actually threads. GOOD LUCK you will need it, after all this hassle the bumper looks great if you can get to this point.

Great looking bumper
The bumper looks great and my Warn VR8000 fit right in with room to spare. Seems to be well built. Wobble sockets and extensions made life a lot easier. The instructions are pretty vague, especially for a novice.

Looks and feels great....
I have yet to try out the product to it's fullest but so far so good. Horrible on the installation though. Bolt holes for the main section had to be drilled out more then what was stated. I also bought the full width extensions as I love the fogs. Was told that I would be able to connect with the stock wiring...... Not even close. Cut the wires and hard wire it. Then your good. I also bought the stinger. Not to bad to install. A little tight as I installed the XC8 Winch first. (Highly recommend). As far as off road durability. I question the stinger as its a bolt on and not welded. We shall see.

XRC Modular bumper
Nice design but I had to drill out some holes quite a bit to make it fit.

I just installed this on a 2012 Wrangler and it looks way better than the stock bumper. However when installing the directions were not clear on where to use washers and how much you need to drill out the holes like it says in the directions. Also the holes for the add on parts where the stainless parts go the powder coat made it rough going to screw in those bolts. I would recommend this to other to install! Looks great and gives the Jeep a better looking front end.
