    PRODUCT OVERVIEW

    The XRC Bumpers have high degree approach angles and raised corners to maximize ground clearance. Manufactured from 3/16 inch cold rolled steel and then robotically welded to the exact specifications. Welds are ground down and smoothed out, then a two stage textured matte black powder coat is applied for the ultimate look. The front stinger is 1.75 tubing and has two light tabs that can hold up to two 9 lights. It's unique design is capable of mounting up to a 10,000 lb. winch with the option of running an aluminum or roller fairlead. Each bumper is developed to be a complete bolt on and requires no modifications to the vehicle. The rear bumper is manufactured out of 3/16 inch cold rolled steel and comes standard with a built in class III receiver hitch and two solid d-ring mounts that are welded on the inside and out for maximum strength. The tire carrier features a billet handle with a camlock system, adjustable tire mount and safety catch that will hold the swing away open while parked or positioned at any angle.

    The front bumper was easy to install. The rear bumper was bit harder. I had to drop the gas tank to get to bolts. I wouldn't buy the tire carrier. I didn't like the way it fits. I am going to take it off. I haven't had a chance to put the rock sliders on yet.Over all very please with product.

    4.0 Does the Job

    The bumpers look and work great. The front bumper goes one in about 20 mins. It is attached by 6 bolts. Only down fall with the front is winch attachment. You will have to attach the winch to the bumper before attaching the bumper to the Jeep. The back bumper is a little bit tricker then the front, and done correctly will take the better part of the afternoon. There are 4 bolts on this back bumper that will require the dropping of the gas tank. That being said I havent "finished" installing the back bumper. These bolts are just added reinforcement for towing not a big deal to leave out for a while till I find a free weekend. Overall I would get the package again if it came down to it.

    Great package! Installation was easy enough. Although, the drilling template stated for a 3/8" bit; I would recomend using a 1/2" to provide "wiggle room" for the subtle differences in manufacturing quality. Also prethreading all bolts and nuts will prove helpful in preventing any groans of frustration. I found many of the welded nuts to have manufacturing remainders in the threads which prevented many bolt from threading properly. Overall, these bumpers are worth the dollar bills. A great look for a great machine
