A lot of bad reviews on the web about Smittybuilt. Some of their stuff is poor quality but these fenders seem tough and durable. Cost was a major factor for me and I wanted a bolt on set of fenders. Cutting your own is the hardest part and the direction they give you are good for soaking up fluid spills.

Fit was great. Finish was below average. There were poorly welded sections that weren't powder coated correctly and had visible rust. I flake the powder coating off to follow the rust and it was under the coating as well. For the intended purpose, not a huge issue, but I was a bit frustrated removing the coating to contain the rust. Otherwise, the instructions were poor and confusing. I installed using logic and common sense.

Nice looking tube fenders, add a great look to my Jeep. Appear to be very strong and durable. Install instruction are confusing at times.

Great product once i finished installing it. instructions and cutting template useless you are better off figuring it out yourself. and like other smittybilt products you have to replace the hardware with your own as there bolts and nuts seem to be the lowest quality imports made.

Great service they sent me news ones I believe 3 times . Every time within couple months powder coat falling off. 3 rd pair I had line x done to them brand new , now rusting thru line x. Poor design water gets under the fender where it bends underneath. No way to stop it besides welding the whole dam thing shut
