A: Hi Bwell This winch cradle will fit the Warn M15000 winch but you need to remember that that winch weighs 136 pounds and will be hard to move around. i would recommend a smaller comp winch for the weight. the M1500 winch will also require you to re clock the motor and selector to accommodate the bottom mounting the M1500 uses a face mounting. A: Hi Bubba Yes this winch cradle will work great with the XRC8 Winch. I would recommend the S/B98281 http://jo.my/grjr2q over the S/B97281 mif you can swing it mainly due to the weight. The S/B97281 weighs 88 pounds were the S/B98281 Competition Winch weighs 63 pounds. As far as mounting lights the receiver mount does not have a provision for lights but you can use the S/B2814 http://jo.my/hnkkjm if you go with the comp winch Thank You
