Smittybilt's new state-of-the-art SRC Stingray vented hood is an exciting new product that will not only will give your JK a more aggressive look, it functions to keep your engine cooler than that of its OE counterpart. Manufactured from 0.8mm steel, combined with a thick underbody insulation mat and ability to accept factory hardware, this hood is precision made and here for the long run. The hood is supplied with a premier black finish e-coat, so it's ready for paint without any further preparations. Even though it's built tough, Smittybilt has ensured your safety by retaining the factory crumple zones, and has it covered with their Advantage Warranty.

Smittybilt H.E.M.I. Vented Hood
Hood was well packed and shipped, hood quality is good but does require quite a bit of prep work before paint. Looks great overall when prepped right, painted and installed, and lots of functional vents to keep things much cooler under the hood.

Solid Hood
Honestly the hood is a super super quality product. I love it. Functions well and looks great on my jeep, the only draw back I could share is that even brand new out of the box the hood needed at least a half day of body work to bring it to true and straight.
