Smittybilts new state-of-the-art SRC Stingray vented hood is an exciting new product that will not only will give your JK a more aggressive look, it functions to keep your engine cooler than that of its OE counterpart. Manufactured from 0.8mm steel, combined with a thick underbody insulation mat and ability to accept factory hardware, this hood is precision made and here for the long run. The hood is supplied with a premier black finish e-coat, so it is ready for paint without any further preparations. Even though it is built tough, Smittybilt has ensured your safety by retaining the factory crumple zones, and has it covered with their Advantage Warranty.

A: They don’t. It is sold with a base coat. You have to take it to a paint shop to paint match it.

Q: What type of hood windshield rubber rest bumper fits on this hood. I have installed this hood on my 2015 Unlimited Rubicon and the old bumpers will not fit. There appears to be a different type of mounting hole in the hood. Thank you. Answer this question
