Smittybilt's Smart Cover Tonneau Covers include high tech features not found in other inferior tonneaus. The heavy duty 6061 aircraft grade aluminum frame features reinforced corners that are completely covered in rich leather grain vinyl. The Smittybilt speed lock system allow you to install and remove the cover with lightning speed. These are custom made to fit your application perfectly.
Couple things- This was very easy to install and came with all the required hardware. It kept my cargo dry through a couple of rain storms. I did find one loose screw on the tonneau which was easily tightened up. Also, the front cams are made of plastic, I would have liked to seen metal on the clamps closest to the cab. The attachment points are also adjustable which is a great feature.

Best cover ever
I bought one of these 2 years ago for my truck and just purchased another one for my husbands truck. They are by far
the best I have ever had as far as price, durability, and the install is so easy - I can take it off and put it on in less time than it took me to snap the tailgate portion of my last two covers. Plus it comes with a bag to store it in if you ever take it off.

Can't Beat The Price!
I installed this on my 2014 Toyota Tundra Double Cab in about 5 minutes. It took longer to remove the item from the shipping box. It's a very simple 4 latch installation. I like the latches with locking pins that keep the cover secured to the bed of the truck, even at high speeds in the interstate.
I have this installed with a BedRug. Not fitment issues at all. I've even driven through a few car washes with this on the truck. The BedRug did get a little damp but nothing that wouldn't dry in about 15 minutes or so. I'm very happy with this cover and for the price, you can no beat it.

Good quality and easy to install
Fits great and easy to install. Material is like a soft top and seems durable. Clamping system appears a little lightweight but so far holds well. Rear corners seem to lift a little when you close the tailgate, but I think I can adjust the location on the bed rails and that should fix that issue. Some of the stitching is a little messy, but overall a quality item that works well, is easy to install and I feel is a good value.

Overall pretty good
I purchased this on sale, and have had this tonneau for a year now, and it has held up well. This is one of the few folding tonneaus that I was able to find with the cam style clamps on all four corners, and is reasonably priced. Overall this is a good product and has worn well in the summer heat, and showed no signs of being brittle in the winter.
The cover installs easily (with a few caveats), and comes with a storage bag for those times when you want to store it, and have full usage of the bed.
The installation caveats are as follows:
1) For the Tacoma application, you are provided "slide-in" clamping points for the factory utility rail. These are 2 piece components consisting of a threaded aluminum block that inserts into the rail, and a steel stamped piece for the cam to hook onto, with 2 allen screws to tension the block to the bedrail to prevent movement. With the set I received, the aluminum block was oversized, and would not slide into factory rail. The factory customer service answer was to grind down the blocks to fit. I initially tried this, and after getting one block close to fitting, decided that utilizing another company's adapter was easier, and less frustrating. I ordered a set of rail adapters from tonnopro.com. These are one piece extruded AL clamping points that easily slide into place on the factory rail.
2 )Once I sorted out the rail clamping point problem, the next stumbling block was that the rear bow and clamps were positioned too far back on the frame to allow the clamps to engage the mount points on the utility rail. As it turns out there was a page missing from the included instructions that details which screws to loosen to slide the bow to the correct position.
3) The final issue is the gasket or weather seal material. This is a foam type seal, which does a really good job at keeping water out of the bed. I have taken this through high pressure carwashes, and noted no water intrusion into the bed. The only short fall, is that it seems to absorb water to a point, and will then freeze to the bed and tailgate in cold weather. Liberal usage of silicone spray on the foam seal in cold weather will help to reduce this. I note this, as the last cover I had was a Rugged Liner brand cover, that used automotive style rubber weather stripping which did not experience this phenomenon.
Overall this is a good cover, at a reasonable price (just factor in another $25 for a better utility rail installation kit).

Does the job!
Literally took 2 minutes out of the box to install, another minute to fiddle with snaps. Very solid and no wind buffet even at speed. only wish is that product covered the rail caps rather than resting on caps. Looks great, works great and a great value.

Smart Cover by Smittybilt
This cover was so easy to put on that you think you have left a step out. Coverage is great no leaks, comes off easy you don't have to have any tools to take it off. Folds back and holds together on truck in place so you can use the bed of the truck without taking it all the way off and
so easy to put back in place.

Great cover took me about 5 minutues to install make sure you get it centered on your truck bed or it will leak. Mine came with a tailgate net that gets in the way more than it gets used but I just fold it up and load my truck up. I ordered this cover it came in about 4 days too bad it was for a F-150 with a 5.5 foot bed won't fit my Dodge. Called 4wheel parts and told them it is the wrong part after about 30 minutues it was figured out that the part number on the website was wrong. They orderd me the right cover and shipped it out bad thing was I had to pay for that cover till they recieved the one I had, then they would credit my account. They did send me a UPS shipping label free of charge. Good customer service that is the only reason I marked it down to 4 stars. Overall good experiance.
