Love the console! Fits just right on my 92 wrangler without any mods. I had to take it get it professionally installed along with the stereo. I have no tools so I had no choice. Love the looks and feels of it. Would def recommend

Fits great in my 1988 YJ. If you plan on putting a CB in the space for the radio, plan on using a Dremel to cut the slot a little. My Bearcat CB fits in the space, but too big for the opening. Otherwise, a great product! Highly recommended.

EAsy to install item and looks nice, but the finish scratches very easily. I covered it in rhino liner to make mine more durable.

Great overall concept & product. I left the non working stereo in the dash. I was having a new stereo installed at the same time so I had the stereo shop do the install & had them run the wiring under the driver seat for a cleaner finished look. If you are short & have to ride with the seat forward, you will likely lose use of the arm rest feature as I dd. So far that has been the only down side. I would buy the product again.

Good quality especially for 1/2 price of other brand, but hardware is cheap and metric, not SAE as specified in instructions. This wouldn't have been a big deal, but I installed SAE nut-serts to install instead of using the nut/bolt method. Much easier install/removal using nut-serts. Also, the bolts for the seatbelt strap installation are too long. They will just push the caps off of the cap nuts if installed properly without cutting them down first.

Was easy to install in a 78 CJ 7, and the location of the radio is perfect for me. No complaints so fat.

Very impressed with the quality and build especially when compared to the quality/build of a Tuffy. I needed a new console because my Tuffy was too wide for my CJ7's new seats. I decided to give this a try and, having been able to compare these two side by side, I can say that the price I paid for the Smittybilt beats the heck out of what it would cost to get Tuffy's equivalent.
