A: Yes and no. It does come with a fairly large amount of mounting hardware that will work with about any roof rack. But there is always a chance that it might not cover your application.

Please refer to install guide, page 3, that style install (on side rails) shouldn't require any drilling. Or you can install on crossbars and drill a couple holes (or find a unique way that also doesn't require to drill into crossbar).

A: They are adjustable and you twist to lock in and set the height. Not sure what their max length is though. I'm 5'8" and I can easily walk underneath.
