The screen room works great to keep bugs out and dog in. It has a heavy zipper attachment to the Gen2 6x8 awning; so, the awning can be positioned to have the screen room's zippered panel to align to have access to your vehicle's door. There isn't a floor but we use dog screw-anchors at the corners, and place an outdoor rug beneath. Obviously, a crafty small dog can slip under the walls if he wants to, but it provides somewhat of a 'safe' border space. We like it.

Very well built. The screen material and the zippers are sturdy. I was surprised to learn the overhead was enclosed as well. Attaches easily and setup is a snap. We are very pleased with the purchase.

It didn't fit what we wanted it for but I can't bear to return it--it's so nice!

We just purchased the entire tent camping set up from Smittybilt and it’s amazing. It’s very user friendly. The mess room just completes the adventure.
