A: It will work with the Gen2 bumper.   It only comes with 2 chains.   Also the labeling is incorrect.   The label on it says to not exceed 45 mph despite marketing material stating 55 mph rating.    I no longer use this tow bar.

A: It's a universal tow bar advertised for the Smittybilt bumpers. It uses the D-Ring mounts for the tow bar mounting. But, it also comes with the bolt on bracket kit for using with other rigs. By the looks of the SRC Gen2, it should work just fine. As for the chains, I only got 2 chains with mine. Not 4. But, by the looks of the pic, it SHOULD have come with 4. HTH:

All parts (except the hitch) is included in the kit.
