A: Hello Chris R, The vertical bolt shown would be very difficult to remove as it seems to be welded possibly to another piece. All the other screws seem to be easy to replace. A: The l bracket has two sets of oblong holes for height adjustment. From center of top bolt to mounting surface is 1.25” from bottom hole is 2.25”. The rain gutter bracket has mounting hole 2.5”so height wise it can range from about 3.25”- 5”

A: If you have steel rain gutters, it will work.
