A: It's not a direct fit. The sides have velcro loops that are ment to go around the awning roof poles. While the annex is zippers on all 4 sides. You could DIY the mesh room under the tent. But its not a factory fit. Fyi: Annex has a floor while the net room has no floor.

A: No it's not designed for the tent is set up for the awning and works very well with it I use it more than the anex keeps the flying critters off you while you cook or just relax

A: Yes as long as its positioning is good measure from your front windshield to the back of your hatch door at the very top of your rig that will determine if you need a 6 or 8 foot awning but either will fit its really what you prefer I have an 8 foot on my xj it sticks out about a foot and a half pasted my front windshield no problems plenty of room under it and very easy to set up
