    I wasn't very fond of the pocket style fender flares however I found a smitty dealer in my area selling these for around [$]. That's a steal after being quoted $400-$500 for bushwackers pocket style fenders. I bought it and it was so easy to install. Alot easier then removing the stock flares which were a royal pain. I tested it on the trail; my 33x12.50x15 rear tire rubbed up on it while climbing a rock the flare took the abuse from the MT's with no issues. Ive had them on for almost 1 year with no problems just people asking me where I got them and I saved at least $200 by going with smittybilt and not bushwacker.

    Q: The picture looks like this fender flare is smooth, but the description says its textured... which is it? I have an 01 TJ and it has the smooth 6" fender flares but my front drivers side one is cracked so I want to make sure its the same as others. Answer this question

    Q: my jeep is a 2001 sahara with the original tire size still on it will these flares be too big???? Answer this question

    A: Hello madeline, Thank you for the question. The Smittybilt TJ Wrangler Fender Flare Set Part Number: S/B17190 are 3" wider then the factory flares. With the stock wheel and tires install the flares will fully cover the tires.
