A: Yes, I am able to leave this on, and put my hardtop back on while still installed.  I just have to fold back the front portion, and tuck it back in the built-in pocket.  This allows you to put the hardtop back on, and access and reconnect your front Freedom panels.  When I remove the hardtop, this cover is already on and all I have to do is reconnect the front portion.  I recommend this cover!
