The issue with the 3" kits is that it usualy means preloading either your torsion bar keys or your coils. This means that you are automatically pushing the resistant force in the suspension down harder. I would recommend that you look into a 4 to 6 inch kit that is drop bracket or drop knuckle. The pro comp EXPK1053B is an excellent choice to help return your truck to a more stock feeling ride.
