I have a 1996 2wd 4.0 V6 Ford Ranger. I had 2" coil spacers and had really bad positive camber.
I removed them and am getting lift coils and shocks, and am going to need I-Beam drop brackets to correct the camber.
Are these basically I-Beam drop brackets or am I completely wrong?

Yes these are the brackets that will correct the camber with taller coils.

I have a 1996 f150 4x4 and when i back up the bottom of my tires pop out and when i pull forward they straighten out Would these brackets help me with my problem

Not knowing how your F150 was lifted it is hard to say. If it was lifted and they did not install and center drop brackets then yes it would help. The other reason the TTB front ends do this is wrong pitman arm or wrong toe setting.
