Q: with this lift kit. what is the largest set of tires you would be able to use on the vehicle. without trimming fender wells. i have a 1979 f-250 single cab long bed? Answer this question

A: Hello outdoorseh, the Skyjacker 6 Inch Lift Kit with Nitro Shocks part# SKYF760KS-N will allow you to clear a 37" tire with no trimming. Thank you for your inquiry.

A: Chad- Thank you for your question. The Skyjacker 6 Inch Lift Kit with Nitro Shocks will fit your 77 Crew cab short bed. It does not come with a carrier bearing drop bracket.

Q: Will this lift for a 1978 f250; require me to install a longer drive shaft as well? I know I will have to re-gear my front and rear difs, to about 4.10 for my 38's but I was not sure if the stock drive shaft would be able to take the extra distance. Also along with the pitman arm, drag links, shocks/struts, and leafs, and the optional steering stabilizer, is there anything else I will need? Answer this question
