A: Dan, Thank you for asking. This will work with the factory latch points. The only thing is, this is for use with the Rugged Ridge JK half and tube doors only.

A: Hello Erik, As long as you have half doors or tube doors yes all you do is remove the factory setup and use this latch kit. There should be 4 bolts holding the latch in place take those out and remove the latch. If you have anymore questions feel free to ask, Thank you.

A: Hello Steven, the Rugged Ridge Door Latch Set is only the part that attaches to the door. The Door Latch Set does have a small piece of steel that swings downward to hold to door closed and also release the door. This does not include the body mounted latch portion.
