    PRODUCT OVERVIEW

    The Spartacus HD Tire Carrier System provides the ultimate in strength and stability for mounting your oversized wheel and tire. Functionally designed to manage the amplified force and vibrations produced during extreme off-road conditions. The precision die-cast aluminum Hinge Casting provides maximum strength without the excess weight of steel. The one-piece design maintains one-handed access to cargo area and rigidly links the Wheel Mount to the reinforced section of the rear quarter panel. This, in combination with forged steel hinge brackets and hardened steel pins, results in far superior load capacity than the factory tailgate hinges, thereby effectively reducing wear and increasing longevity. The Wheel Mount lifts the mounting position and incorporates depth and tilt adjustability for large diameter and wide tire options. Tested to MIL-STD-810 to simulate extended duration of vigorous off-road driving conditions. Rated for up to and including 37 inch wheel tire combinations. Includes adjustable third brake light bracket. Compatible with OE and most aftermarket rear bumpers. No drilling required.

    Great tire carrier for my 35’ spare. The carrier on my Hanson bumper was rattling like crazy. I had enough and took the carrier off the bumper and replaced it with this. Works great and is completely silent. Much easier to open the tailgate now, too (which pleases the wife).

    The tire carrier was perfect. Easy to install and solved by spare clearance problem. Delivery time was not good at all. Took 8 days to ship an in stock item, and only after I inquired about the delay. My previous order with 4wheel parts was much more expeditious, so I hope this time was the outlier

    Rugged Ridge was established in 2005 by the company Omix-ADA to focus on innovative aftermarket Jeep accessories. Many of Rugged Ridge's recent designs are so innovative they have been patented. This includes their floor liners, snorkel and XHD Modular Bumpers. Since 2005 Rugged Ridge has developed and manufactured over 3,000 kinds of Jeep related products. All Rugged Ridge Jeep accessories are trail rated. The Omix-ADA founder came from a family that owned a small Jeep dealership.
