Instructions sudjest a two person install. I did it alone and recomend following instructions. Don't have to turn up radio at highway speeds. More efficent air conditioning cooling. I like it.

Easy installation and works well. Lowers inside noise and tire whine. Also help significantly in minimizing internal temperature. A/C works a lot better now. Looks nice too.

Headliner looks good and makes conversation an ease while driving. Music sounds better as well

I purchased this for a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited to help with the road noise. The factory hardtop does a better job of reducing wind and road noise than the soft-top, but add larger off-road tires, and it's a different story. The installation was a breeze and the fit and finish is great. The panel's ability to reduce noise is very noticeable, which is helpful when trying to have a conversation and no longer having to yell. I haven't had a chance to measure the heating/cooling benefits yet, but the noise reduction alone is well worth the purchase price. It also makes the inside look very different; more finished and less of the sterile and utilitarian look Jeeps have become known for.
