A: When I did this lift kit on my 2018 Toyota Tacoma they were not changed out. The factory control arms were still able to be used. However if you wish to change them you can. 

A: It’s not necessary to do so. I didn’t do mine right after, but for alignment purposes it does help.

A: The upper control arms is not needed to change

A: Yeah I don’t see why not. Especially if it’s the stock tire size. But you can fit 33” tires with this lift without rubbing or cutting anything 

A: Good morning. I really don't understand your question. and I'm really sorry. But all I know that I installed this lift kit. on my Tacoma 2011 prerunner 4 door. and I'm that was the Best thing I did.

A: I fit 285/75 R16s, or 33s, with plenty of clearance. You could probably get away with 34s and maybe 35s. But my wheels were only 8 wide, not 12.

A: I put the 285/75r17 with the factory wheels on my 2018 Tacoma. I did have to put 1.25” spacers on because they would Rick the upper control arm at full lock. Buy the adjustable up control arms right off the bat because once you align it there isn’t enough caster. 

A: This lift kit is for a third generation Tacoma I think what you have is a second generation I’d look for a different lift kit for a second generation

A: This will not affect any sensors

A: Struts spacers require strut disassembly or strut compressor for installation, and you could add a spacer for more lift.

A: They are not. That’s the beauty of the Rough Country loaded strut option. No spring compressor required. No disassembly of the factory strut or anything. Just remove factory strut and replace with the new Rough Country unit.
