Making Rotopax the only Rotational molded EPA and CARB compliant container on the market. The Rotopax Gas containers are offered in various sizes depending on your needs. 1, 1.75, 2, 3, and 4 gallon. Remember to vent the pax regularly.
Good quality gas can. Little pelricey for what it is but looks and seems nice
I own a few of this size, great to mount on ATV low profile and works great can even bungi cooler on top. we overland and have a set mounted to the truck rack. never had any issues..
gave my friend a few RotoPax for his birthday and he loved them. thanks RotoPax and 4 Wheel Parts!!!
Great customer service. I had an issue with a faulty rotopax they replaced it no questions asked. I’ll be doing more business with this shop in the future.
I love the mounting solution. The integration of a center mount, and it’s twist lock design makes the fav can easy to fill, and use. I used to have a regular gas can I either put in my hatch, or corded on my roof rack, this is much simpler.
Q: Is this can a muted red tone or a bright red? The image on your site looks more like a dull/muted tone. We're looking to tone down any bright colors on our rig -- thanks! Answer this question
A: Thanks Bud from Montana. My lawn mower gas can is actually a darker red than my other (petrol) Rotopax. The image these guys have on their site differs quite a bit from every other shade of red - hence my query. Cheers.
Answered by Khumbu76 from Durango, CO on 02/11/2021
A: It's the same bright red that all other red gas cans are. The same color red that your lawn mower gas can is.
Answered by BudArnold from Montana on 02/10/2021
A: It is a bright red.

Q: what fluid can be stored in this container? does it include a spout? Answer this question
A: This pack is not for fluids, it holds gloves or tools or containers of fluids.
Answered by crackerboxjku from Arizona on 01/02/2021
A: no its a storage unit, You can put tire repair kits, soft shackles, some other recovery gear etc... does not hold any fluids.
Answered by JC JKU from California on 01/02/2021
A: Hello, This is for non-liquid storage, no spout is included or needed. So it's like a small storage case/bin. The second photo shows how it opens (kinda like a book) and you can put stuff inside. Thanks for checking us out.

Q: How well do these seal. Look to mount on a side by side. Answer this question
A: Very Well! Mount in any position. Never has it leaked. Multiple days of jouncing, Houston and Nebraska heat. No runs, no drips, no venting. Plenty of bloat in the heat. Pay attention and adjust accordingly as temp will expand and contract. YMMV
Answered by Secret Squirrel from Houston on 01/08/2022
A: They seal fine. BUT, they’re not vented. So you have to relieve pressure via the cap every day. Especially during warmer months.

Q: I am looking for containers that I can load and attach up on top of my roof rack. Just wondering if this style is fine to have on its side for long drives? Answer this question
A: They seal air tight and I've had mine on its side while off roading and it was fine.
Answered by Michael M. from Cleveland, OH on 03/13/2021
A: Yes that is what they are built for.

Q: Can I interlink this 2 gallon roto fuel with a 2 gallon water vessel from rotopax? Is the primary difference between this and 2 Gen that the 2Gen doesn't interlink? Answer this question
A: I got both and have them interlinked on my truck. Works out just fine.
Answered by Truckinlowe from Pennsylvania on 10/04/2020
A: Hello Fisher, Yes to both your questions. You can interlink a 2 gallon RotoPAX with any other 2 gallon RotoPax (as long as they have the special interlink bottom). And the Gen 2 RotoPAX do not have the interlink bottom. They are all meant to be stackable, but not sure how great different "Gens" would look together (mixed). Thanks for checking us out, we appreciate your business.

Q: Just wondered if this would stack with the 2 gallon fuel and water ones that twist togeather on the bottoms to make one ? Answer this question
A: I don’t see why not. All the holes have to lineup at the end of the day.
