Very nice cover. Bolts are recessed and the cover is a very low profile. It worked great on my Jeep XJ Dana 30 4.88 with ARB , with no clearance issues . It’s thick cast with a smooth profile. This came recommended by a friend and it worked perfectly. I couldn't be happier with it.

Q: I have a 86 cj7 with the thicker tie rod 1.25. Will I have an issue with clearance on the Dana 30? Answer this question

A: Hello It sticks out just the added thickness of the cover which is 1/4 inch more. Turn your wheels all the way left and right and check your clearance now. If you have more than 3/8 of an inch you will be ok.
