Should be standard on OEM hard tops.
This is a gamechanger. It converts your top to actually useful for roof top carry and without creating som awful skeletal cage around the Jeep.

Rhino Rack Backbone
Solid Roof Rack and easy install. However, the gaskets that come in the kit are cheap. I'm going pull the Rack back off and use Pipe Dope on the Bolts. As well as a waterproof Gasket. New Rack mounting Gaskets aren't good at keeping water out.

Great fit and easy install for JLU
Purchased after seeing reviews online. Installation instructions are all pictures, and difficult to make out. But Rhino made a install video on You Tube. Followed that step by step, worked out great. Took 2 hours to install with the help of my 16 yr old. Rhino really did this backbone system for the Jeep JLU the right way.
