ReadyLIFT is continually seeking to develop premium lift solutions for our customers. This quest to offer good-better-best lift choices for our Toyota Tacoma customers has resulted in the development of the all-new 69-5531 ReadyLIFT/Bilstein 6112 SST Lift Kit.
The 69-5531 SST lift kit is the perfect system for the enthusiast customer who demands the very best performance on and off road. ReadyLIFT partnered with Bilstein to provide their popular 6112 series shock body and spring kit which alone provides 2.5" of lift, but requires disassembly of the stock strut and you only get 2.5" of front lift. We have found that Tacoma customers want a true 3" of front lift and they want it in a bolt-on configuration. Our engineers accepted the challenge and have designed a new CNC-machined billet top hat that includes an additional 0.5" of lift for a combined lift of 3" in front. Even better is we handle the assembly for you so all you have to do is bolt the new 6112 strut assembly in - no spring compressor required! This results in much faster install times and you get a pre-set, pre-tuned performance lift set up right out of the box!
The all-new 69-5531 SST Lift Kit includes (2) Bilstein 6122 60mm digressive large off road piston monotube front shocks with new springs pre-set and pre-assembled with our ReadyLIFT top hat assembly, (2) front sway bar frame-side drop spacers, (2) differential drop spacers with hardware (for use on 4WD applications) and (2) OEM style cast 2" tall rear lift blocks with new longer u-bolts.
This new lift system is perfect for the Tacoma truck owner who wants the best ride quality or is looking for comfortable precision performance on remote off-road adventures, all while allowing for up to a 33" tall tire.
Popular tire choices: 285/65-18 on 18x9 0 offset or 285/70-17 on 17x8 0 offset.
1. Instructions are incomplete
2. You’ll have to upgrade your upper control arms
3. You’ll have to dial down the shocks to 2-2.5” to prevent bottoming out on steering knuckles/spindles. They do not make 3” or 4” spindles for a 4wd Tacoma
4. Customer service is not helpful!
Super happy with the lift. Recommend using a lift for doing the rear if you’re a diyer.

bought mine from real truck and the ride is far from factory as i experience i have mickey thompson tires 285/70/17 mtz p3 that has a lot of rubber but still not a soft ride but it does gave me the look and the lift i need it leveled my truck 2019 toyota tacoma sr 4wd
The kit come with stuff that it’s no specified in the manual and the head of the bolts for the sway bar relocation bracket are too big and you cannot get a socket in there to tighten it.
Also they don’t tell you that the suspension is the same size as the oem even though you get a different height.
This suspension is too stiff and bouncy.
Bought them couple weeks ago and kit had everything as promised, I did have to lower the clip settings on them to get the truck leveled the way I like it. Drivers side is on slot 5 and passenger side is on slot 4.so I really liked how these are adjustable. Already went off roading and it felt way better then the stock shocks.
4.0Good lift for the money
I had these installed a month ago and have a love/hate with the blocks. Unloaded, I could not be happier, love it. The Tacoma almost sits level. The problem with my lift is that I have the front’s all the way up to 3” - when the truck is loaded with camping gear, it sags. I even upgraded the rear shocks to 5100’s...... I got firewood last week and it was looking awful. I would not recommend this kit if you have a full steel bumper, swing out, camper, rtt, etc. I did ask the shop for AAL’s, but they said that there is no need. I called the shop back and I am either going to do AAL’s or just put in a leaf pack. I am running 295/70/17 with minimal rub. I have not done any cutting, trimming and CAB chop. I wheeled all weekend on mildly aggressive rutted, muddy trails and it performed as expected.
I want the 3” lift but I want too add AAL’s and 5100’s to the rear instead of blocks. Can we customize a kit for that? Also, do you need néed UCA‘s for this lift? The ready lift site says no new UCS’s needed.
Answer this question
I did this kit and the shocks in the rear. When I was done the truck did not sit level and I needed to add one leaf to the leave spring pack along with the blocks. No UCA's needed on our 2018
I need more information on your Tacoma. Please contact us so we can perhaps "build" you the kit you need. We can possibly do so by grouping certain items that we group in house. Our Sales and Support lines is (877) 474-4821.
Thanks for checking us out.
