Rancho steering stabilizers are a must for vehicles with oversized tires. Dual setups are engineered for aggressive off-road driving and vehicles with 35 inch inch or larger tires.
Ford refuses to fix death wobble but I did with Ranchos help.
Well made kit, and easy to install. Cured my "Ford Death Wobble" on my 2011 F-250 which was the sole reason I purchased the kit! If you have the wobble, this should cure it for you too. Per comments I saw in some other reviews, it's not quite compatible with a completely stock suspension. If I completely bottom out the front end - which has only occurred on one particular speed bump in my neighborhood thus far - you can hear the truck frame hitting the center bracket of the kit which causes it to slide down a little bit and contact the steering link arm. So I've learned to take it slow over speed bumps or other obstacles that might bottom it out. Otherwise, this kit is the bomb for fixing the death wobble!
Great stabilizer set-up for the money! I did not want to spend the money for the full fix for the death wobble on the F250, and this easy to install stabilizer has helped tremendously for a much lower cost; might only solve the problem for a couple of years, but that's all I need out of it.
This was the cure for the "Death Wobble" on my 2011 F-250. Made several trips to the Ford dealer to correct the problem. They reset the castor/camber, new shocks, new OEM steering dampener, tie-rod ends and so on and when I hit a bump at highway speeds the truck shook bad enough to make me slow down to 30 before it stopped. Delivery time was awesome and after a 30 minute installation, no more "Death Wobble". Should have done this months ago and saved hundreds of dollars that I gave to the dealer. I would strongly recommend this product to anyone having similar problems.
This kit made my 6" lifted truck ride a lot smoother and stay on the Highway straight, before the kit was installed, my truck was all over the road. The above Customer should have taken it back to the Store where he bought it, because my kit came with all the Hardware, including nuts, washers and U-bolts.
This product was easy to install, the directions are clear and easy to follow, and it required no modifications. I immediately could tell a huge improvement in the handling of my truck. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with a four-wheel drive vehicle. Plus it makes it look cool underneath!!
Parts arrived in a timely manner and installed easily. Along with new shocks, the Steering Stabilizer Dual Kit solved my Ford Super Duty 70 MPH front end shakes.
As usual a great experience with Four Wheel Parts
