    Nice pulley, well made. went on a 2003 TJ 4.0L. Popped the old pulley off (with a puller) & popped the new one one. Had to use a slightly shorter belt from a Grand Cherokee (6K2220)

    Q: What size of a belt would be needed on a 2003 TJ 4.0 w/ A/C? Answer this question

    A: I ended up using a 6K2220 belt, fits like a glove.

    A: You’ll need to use some string to trace the belt routing and then visit your local auto parts store to experiment with belt sizes.
