Pro Comp Rear Add-A-Leaf - Pair - 13120

Add-a-Leafs are the perfect solution when 1.5 in. - 2.5 in. of raised height is required. This strengthens the integrity of an existing leaf spring pack, which is helpful when trying to renew the spring due to age and heavy loads.

Wrong part

leafs were for a toyota or nissan, not a ford

Used on my 2wd yota pickup. they went in easily without a hitch... once i figured out how to actually disassemble my leaf pack that is.

Made my sagging tail look like new.

I wanted to get the best results from my up coming suspension lift. My Jimmy was riding lower than stock after 13 years, These realy helped restore the stock look and ride. Now I can expect max results after the lift is complete.

Perfect for a little lift

The add a leafs were easy to install, took about an hour. Almost an instant lift. Definately helps for hauling equipment in the rear now with no sag.

Excellent value.

I added this to my 1987 Toyota 4x4 Customcab as it was sagging in the rear from the extra weight of the customcab conversion and a camper shell. Installed easily in about an hour. Raised the rear about 1 3/4" after it settled in. Ride quality seems to have improved, perhaps by reducing bottoming out. Cheap, effective, easy to install, no reduction in ride quality(my rig is heavier than most Toyotas) what more can one want?

Very happy with the results

Needed something to help my sagging rear springs. Very simple to install and received more lift than advertised but not so much to be excessive

2" lift on my 87 ranger

Easy to install. Make sure your U-bolts are long enough. They should have 1/2 to 3/4 inch of thread exposed after the install. I had to buy new U-bolts as mine only had 3/4" before the install. Added 2" of lift and a little firmer ride. I like it!

pleasantly surprised

I ordered the add a leaf springs to help with the sag I was getting when hauling 3 motorcycles in the back of my old Toyota pickup. I knew that they would make the ride stiff. But I was surprised that the ride was not harsh at all. Overall I'm happy with the springs but the stiffness may not be for everyone.

easily installed upgrade

These were EXACTLY what I was looking for. Talking to friends and acquaintances who like working on their rigs, I kept hearing 'go to the wrecking yard and buy a set of leaf springs and pull out the leaves you want' Using these add-a-leafs was simple, raised the truck height and capacity right where I wanted it and didn't leave me with parts that I would have to take to the recycler to dispose of. Having the crew behind the counter with their knowledge and ability to discuss the product made the selection that much easier.
