    PRODUCT OVERVIEW

    The Pro Comp PRO-X Twin Tube Steering Stabilizers offer good damping performance and are intended to improve handling characteristics and to reduce wheel vibration, which leads to suspension component fatigue and failure. Helps reduce bump steer problems caused by oversized tires and / or rough roads. They feature a high-quality general-purpose twin tube design and are offered in extended lengths. The stabilizer accomodates various road conditions while improving your vehicles handling characteristics. The large 5/8 inch chrome hardened piston rod and unique Teflon rebound stop delivers a comfortable highway ride and the ability to handle the most demanding driving conditions. Sold individually. Shock boots sold separately.

    5.0 Pro X stabilizer used to replace worn out shock

    Shipped and received quickly. Lots of hardware included, different types of mounting bolts and studs for different applications - though I used the bolts I already had since I didn't want to change my set up. I like the black color and that you can customize the color of the dust cover. I went with black (ordered separately) The Pro Comp sticker that came with the shock was damaged, so I didn't put it on the shock, no big deal. Glad to find a replacement for my worn out stabilizer. I used this to replace the stabilizer on my 1994 GMC Suburban K1500 with a 4" Pro Comp Lift Kit which was installed in 1997 and is no longer made.
