The Pro Runner steering stabilizer is specifically engineered to improve handling characteristics and to reduce wheel vibration, which leads to suspension component fatigue and failure. Helps reduce bump steer problems caused by oversized tires.
Easy enough install but once on, the stabilizer pushes the steering to the left so I am constantly turning right, not good. Anyone want a slightly used gas shock steering stabilizer?
I bought this specifically because it comes with a lifetime warranty, as well as I thought it would be better than stock, unfortunately it is not, in fact I like it less than stock. It is nitro filled and causes the truck to wander right no matter what you do to the alignment and it works no better than the stock one for it's sole function of a steering stabilizer. I was definitely disappointed, I would not purchase again. The only thing it does better than stock is look better, but again the function is just not there.
Q: What bracket do I need for this? Answer this question
A: The zx2903 is a direct replacement for the TJ/ LJ. Vehicle will need to have oem bracketry for stabilizer to bolt on.

Q: I just got my question answered about not needing a bracket for a 99 tj, it was answered as it comes with everything I need but in the description of this product it say mounting bracket not included so what does that mean? Answer this question
A: Hello tj2000, This Pro Comp Suspension Pro Runner Single Steering Stabilizer Kit does not need a mounting bracket as it uses the factory mount. All of the Jeeps from 1997 to 2006 come with a factory stabalizer. This stabalizer shock will bolt in the factory location using the factory mount.
