A: I’ve got 3 of them on 3 different vehicles and have never noticed any additional noise 

A: Yes Yes, 100% yes.  2 solutions truly worked for me and approx 16 other Jeepers I regularly road with.   1- cover your light bar with either a 360° cloth or clear acetate cover during daily driving and remove for lower speed off-road.  Those C shaped fin inserts didn’t work for me or my buddy’s.   2- My favorite and final solution to the 60” Pro Comp light bar noise…. Remove and replace with a 3 part light bar system with KC cubes on the A-Pillars. No noise, better look, more original 

A: No. Also don’t mess with anything once it breaks just take it up there. I opened up the box that controls the pro comp lights to see if maybe it had water in it. Bad idea that voided the warranty because I opened it.
