Question & Answers

1 Answered question

Q: Can you use these shims on a 2020 Silverado? Also, the truck originally did not come with a shim. Are the factory bolts long enough to compensate for shim thickness? Answer this question

A: You will need to look at the top of the center pin to see if there is .5-.75 thread sticking out past the nut. If so, the original center pin could be used. If pin is not long enough or if has become stretched, you will need to replace. You will to measure and order the correct diameter center pin.
