I was lucky enough to purchase a '90 k1500 that already had this lift installed. The only aspect of the kit that could be improved upon, is the lack of quality bushings for the a arms, sway bar end links, ect. The severe bushing deterioration could possibly be attributed to the super dry climate in which the truck has been kept, or just the age of the truck showing. Either way it didn't seem like enough reason to not rate this lift as "perfect".

2012 GMC Denali HD 2500 6' procomp lift
Truck had a ready lift leveling kit and t-bars cranked all the way to fit 35's. I did have to do a lot of trimming and it still rubbed turning. Finally after a year of hearing the painful rubbing (fender flairs took a beating) I had the procomp kit installed and wow it drives better than new. Truck has the 9000's shocks on it. Not a lot of information on the HD's out there with lift kit reviews.

Good for the money
installed this kit on a 2013 2 door wrangler, the ride is a little stiff but it has already settled a little in a few days, I also have the rear seat and rear tire removed at the moment so that probably makes a little difference. The kit should state on a 2 door the lift is closer to 3.5"-4" which is where i'm at, makes lots of space for the 35's though haha. I did need to fabricate brake line extensions as there was no way to stretch the lines any further.

Not what you think
Parts were the wrong size (ie. u bolts were smaller than stocks so stocks were used again)
Rear add a leafs were too long and could not be installed as directions indicated.
I was told I would be receiving a special part for my two piece drive shaft that was suppose to be included and never came.
Instructions themselves seem to be written very broadly to cover just about every vehicle in production and are not specific at all.
Overall Im happy with my truck and its ride but it could have been put together better.
Also, BEWARE this is a 4" for F250/350s and a 6" for Excursions

Horrible ride on my 14'
The front end feels like its bolted directly to the frame. Rides to high in the front.Very disappointed.

Lift install went on without any major issues which is unusual for a project like this. Instructions and diagrams were very helpful. Truck rides great and looks awesome. Able to ride on 35s with just some minor trimming of the front bumper and the wheel well trim.

This is the kit to have!
I had this kit installed by the Tulsa, OK Store. Josh and his team did an outstanding job with my truck. The ride is very close to stock. This is one of the few lifts you will find on the market that comes with a warranty. If your looking for an aggressive stance on your daily driver this is the kit for you!

It was a good look for the truck
The rear shocks weren't long enough that came with kit so I had to keep with my stock ones

hi Im debating which one to get between this one or the "Rubicon 3.5 Inch Sport Lift Kit with Monotube Shocks"
which one do you recommend ?
Jorge from Los Angeles, CA on
The Pro Comp kit is a good kit with good quality components and shocks.
The Rubicon Express Kit with the Monotube Shocks is an even better kit with the best
components and the monotube shocks are top of the line. I would highly recommend the Rubicon Express Kit. Thank You for your question.

Will this work on a 2013 ram 1500 with stock 17 inch rims with aftermarket 35's? If knuckle is a concern will a 2 inch wheel spacer resolve problem.?
Brad from Maple ridge bc on
The factory wheels will not fit with our without a wheel spacer. You will need an aftermarket wheel with a backspace between 4" minimum and 5" maximum. Thank you.
