A: They are strong enough. This is the correct bolt pattern but I don't believe the center bore will work. Your stock center bore is 116.7 mm. The center bore on these wheels is 80.77mm.

A: I bought the 8 lug wheels for a 68 GMC 3500 series truck. I checked my center hub. They are on the truck so hard to measure precise, but looks like a 5” inch center hole. They fit this truck great. Hope this helps.
