A: No, Ford had 8x170 wheel lug spacing. I bought these for my 97 ram 2500 and dodge used 8x 6.5 /165.1. I believe the 90s Chevy and dodge used the same spacing but Ford was different. You need 8x170 spacing wheels. For that 95 Ford. And the caps are not open for manual locking hubs so you will have to leave the front caps off so you have access to lock the hubs.

A: Offsets are measured in millimeters, not inches. So -6 means the hub of the wheel is 6 millimeters deeper than center. The one in the pic looks deeper than that but I'm just guessing. I suggest googling wheel offset guide. That's what I had to do. Makes it easier to understand.
