5.0 Best tire I've found for my 3500 diesel

Use these on both of my work trucks. Average 75k milage out of a set. Pull 10-20 lbs trailers for construction 70% of my time.

5.0 45,000mi with no complaints

I have a '07 Dodge 2500 4x4 crew cab 5.9L Cummins. I originally purchased these tires because of how effective they looked. Continuous tread with extensive siping and gripping edges. I do most of my driving on the 1-5 in Southern California and put alot of miles on my truck daily so I wanted a quiet, well mannered Highway tire. I also wanted a tire that could tackle occasional off-roading and snow/ice when I go hunting or travel. I purchased the Dura-Grappler in 285x70x17 which is a +1 size from my stock tire. I lost and average of 1 mpg due to the size change but my RPMs at 70 have gone from 2200rpm to 2000rpm. The tires are very quiet and have great grip. I have yet to have these tires break loose on normal surfaces without my intent to do so. They are very secure during wet pavement conditions and continue to grip well. I've done a bit of off-roading with these tires, they grip gravel and dry dirt very well. I actually climbed a grade in low range while pig hunting that frankly scared the hell out of me and the tires never slipped. I haven't tried them in serious mud, just wet earth. They do slip in those conditions but using 4x4 properly you will continue to move along. In snow and ice the tires do well, but not great, I may be asking too much out of a non-studded tire and an unloaded pickup. I have 45,000 on these tires at the very least and they still have probably another 6000-10,000 in them before I should replace them for not having enough tread left.
